Hello everyone, and welcome to Jill’s Hot Properties!

I am grateful for the opportunity to introduce myself. Originally I am from Masaya, Nicaragua, but my family immigrated to Lakeland, Florida when I was young. I have resided in the area  since I was 4 years old, and since tradition and culture are important to me, I make it a point to go back to Nicaragua every year to visit family and friends. Of course as a result of my time there, I am bilingual. As a graduate of George Jenkins High School’s Class of 2000, and later from Hillsborough Community College, I began my career in Real Estate at the age of 23 and have yet to look back. Real Estate is an immensely rewarding career, and I feel privileged to have been able to help so many families fulfill their Real Estate needs.

Aside from my career, I enjoy reading, speculative ventures, and long jogs, and although I have no children of my own, I spend most of my free time with my nieces and nephew. I believe that a strong family background helps me to understand the needs of my clients, and ensure results in the selling or buying of a property.
